SHOPPING AND PAYMENT
1. Login/sign in (enables participation in loyalty system) or shop as a guest;
2. Choose game (-es) and proceed to checkout;
3. Choose delivery method;
4. Choose payment method;
5. Confirm order with forwarding to payment gates.
We offer several payment methods:
BANK WIRE: in this case the instruction will be sent to you by email and you shall log in to your bank whenever you want. Please, keep in mind, that we keep reservations of games for 2 days only.
PAYPAL: in this case, you will be automatically forwarded to the payment gate and make payment within Paypal system.
PAYSERA: by choosing this payment gate you will be able to pay for your order via Paysera wizard.
DELIVERY
After receiving payment we start processing Your order immediately: prepare it for transportation and actual logistics. You will be informed of order status changes by email.
Shipment cost in 2.99 Eur (except Neringa District).
Orders over 46 Eur are shipped for free (except Neringa district).
Shipment costs for deliveries outside Lithuania are calculated individually.
We use DPD courier services or DPD Pickup network services (You can leave us the wanted Pickup point in the comments while checkout). You will get your order within 2 business days.
Also, You can pick up your order at our site in Vilnius. Please keep in mind that we still need 1 day to prepare it;)
RETURNS
We do accept returns only in cases of spoilage.
